Refurbishment and extension of the former Westminster Hospital nurses home to provide 185 luxury apartments including; 4 bespoke penthouse apartments designed to the end users specification, a spa and leisure facility and business suite. A particular challenge for the project was space planning to provide high quality apartments within the constraints of the existing structure. The project was delivered using a construction management procurement route and completed within 18 months.
