A city centre mixed used development comprising 600,000 ft2 of grade A office space, hotel and 332 residential apartments. Phase 1 of the project comprised delivery the infrastructure necessary for the whole development including provision of structures to facilitate the new Birmingham metro scheme and major road re-alignment along with construction of the first office building. The project was delivered using part main contractor and part construction management procurement route and was completed in 36 months.
