Redevelopment of the former London Arena Isle of Dogs to provide a mixed use scheme comprising 952 private apartments, 327 affordable housing apartments and 235 bedroom hotel. Phase 1 of the project delivers 390 private apartments and 273 affordable apartments along with infrastructure to service the entire development. A key consideration in the scheme was the location and orientation of affordable housing and the provision of community facilities. The project was delivered using a construction management procurement route and completed within 30 months.
