Redevelopment of a former office building badly damaged as a result of the IRA bomb blast at canary wharf . The scheme comprised delivery of 762 luxury apartments in two tower of 38 and 48 floors along with spa, restaurant and bar facilities. Key considerations for the scheme were the provision of adequate parking a logistics on such a confined site and the provision of affordable housing. The project was delivered using a construction management procurement route and completed within 30 months.
